I must say it has been a pleasure working with the team at McCabe Ford Williams (MFW).
MFW have been managing our Accounts, monthly Payroll, annual P11Ds and all submissions to HMRC since September 2020. The staff at MFW are very friendly, flexible, approachable, and very helpful. They make you feel a part of their team. Since I started, it has been a positive experience, from the Receptionists to whoever you call to speak to are so polite and help with your query. They spot mistakes you might miss and work with you to fix it.
I can pick the phone whenever I have a query and the phone is picked within three rings and my query solved or I am pointed in the right direction within minutes, and I have never been told to call back or that they are busy.
MFW make time for their clients. I have not met anyone from the company but I feel I have known them forever.
I would recommend them to businesses in Sittingbourne and around Kent or beyond. I have worked in Human Resources since 2001 and for various sectors and I have never come across Accountants like MFW. I find them to be very professional.
